TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property located at 2496 145th Street West, Rosemount, legally described as follows:

PT OF OUTLOT A BEG NE COR W ON N LINE 221.92 FT S 443 FT E 207 FT S 200.30 FT TO S LINE E ON S LINE TO E LINE N TO BEG, UNIVERSITY ADDITION, Dakota County, Minnesota.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a staff initiated Comprehensive Plan Amendment reguiding the property from P/I – Public and Institutional to NC – Neighborhood Commercial and rezoning the property from P/I Public and Institutional to C-1, Convenience Commercial.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
