Approvals: County Board Meeting Minutes - January 10, 2012. Photo exhibits in public spaces. Appointments - Various citizen advisory committees and Greater MSP Board members. Grants - Asthma intervention. Pipeline and hazardous materials safety administration. Homeland security funds. Plans - County’s group medical self-funded plan. County all hazards mitigation plan. Capital Improvement Program project submittals. Emergency Response Plan for Prairie Island Nuclear Plant. Park – Establish Name: Whitetail Woods Regional Park, Empire Township. Projects - Solid Waste Management Coordinating Board projects.

Authorizations: Agreements - Scott County for household hazardous waste reciprocal use. Community Development Agency - Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships programs. Contracts - People Incorporated for domestic violence education. JHPool Consulting, Inc. for OnBase services. Zumbro House, Inc. for home/community-based services. Motorola, Inc. for 800 MHz subsystem. Perkins + Will Architects for Farmington and Inver Glen Libraries projects. Astech Corporation for crack sealing, County Project 97-112. Diamond Pharmacy Services for jail services. Joint Powers Agreements - Inver Grove Heights for Heritage Village Park Mississippi River regional trailhead. Purchases - Fleet trucks and equipment.
