City of Rosemount Public Hearing - Marlon Danner - Mineral Extraction Permit

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property located south of County Road 42, East of Highway 52, legally described as follows:

The west 85 acres of the SW¼ of Section 29, Township 115, Range 18, except the north 75 rods of the west 21 1/3 rods thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the application received from Marlon L. Danner (Danner, Inc.) for annual renewal of their Mineral Extraction Permit for 2012.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward all written comments and/or inquiries to the Planning Department of the City of Rosemount or call 651-322-2051.
