AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE

CITY OF ROSEMOUNT CITY CODE TITLE 9, CHAPTER 8

RELATING TO THE RENTAL LICENSING AND INSPECTION

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMOUNT, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS that the City Code of the City of Rosemount is amended as follows:

The Rosemount City Code Title 9, Chapter 8, is amended to:

Section 9-8-4: License Required:

C. Term: All licenses are issued for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance. The license period is from March 1 to the last day of February of the second year following the year the license was issued.

Section 9-8-5: License Fee:

The city council will determine the license fee by resolution. Applicants must pay the fee at the time of application. For licensing periods of less than two (2) years, the fee will be prorated.

ENACTED AND ORDAINED into an Ordinance this 20th Day of December, 2011.
