State tennis: Irish advance to semifinals

The Rosemount tennis team advanced to Wednesday's semifinals with an opening-round 4-3 win over Brainerd Tuesday at Baseline Tennis Center in Minneapolis.
The Irish went 3-1 in singles, with wins coming from Virginia Norder, Ally Baker and Kirsten Hoffmann. Rachel Olsen and Rachel Hoffmann added a victory at No. 3 doubles.
The Irish face Rochester Mayo in the semifinals.
