Rosemount residents have been honored by institutions of higher learning
UW-Stout interns
The following Rosemount students from the region are currently employed through the Cooperative Education Program at University of Wisconsin-Stout: Christopher Baker, golf enterprise management, management intern, Cannon Falls Golf Club, Cannon Falls; Rebecca Eggers, packaging, packaging design intern, Great Northern Corporation, Chippewa Falls, Wis.; Carrie Kearney, hotel restaurant and tourism management, banquet intern, Landmark Resort & Conference Center, Egg Harbor, Wis. The program integrates college studies with work experience in industry, business, government or public service.
UMD graduates
Several Rosemount students were candidates for graduation at the University of Minnesota Duluth’s commencement, Saturday, May 14, 2011. Dayna L Lanning
Rosemount resident Dayna Leigh Lanning graduated from South Central College in North Mankato on May 11, 2011. Dayna earned an AA in liberal arts and sciences.
