Engagement: Knutson-Hanson
Barb Knutson and Steve Hanson were married Jan. 1, 2011. Barb is the daughter of Herb Buermann and the late Joan Buermann of Richmond. Steve is the son of Ron and Anne Hanson of Winthrop.

Barb is the daughter of Herb Buermann and the late Joan Buermann of Richmond. Steve is the son of Ron and Anne Hanson of Winthrop.
They were married at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club in Destin, Fla., where their parents spend the winter months, and where the couple met while visiting their respective parents.
Steve has been a Rosemount resident for 21 years. He has worked at Carlton College for 20 years. Barb has been a Rosemount resident for 18 years. She has owned Little Blessings Childcare for the past 21 years. The couple are Amsoil Direct Jobbers and have their business out of their Rosemount home.
Their three daughters have graduated Rosemount High School and now attend the University of Minnesota, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and Rasmussen College in Eagan.
