Her parents are Jim and Linda Wencel of Inver Grove Heights. His parents are Jay and Gloria Smith of Duluth.
The future bride, a 2002 graduate of Rosemount High School, graduated from Des Moines University in 2009 with a master’s degree in physician assistant studies. She is a Physician Assistant at Advancements in Derma-tology in Burnsville.
The future groom, a 2000 graduate of Duluth Central High School, graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. He is a Leasing Representative at Regis Corporation in Edina.
