Girls tennis hosts final home match of season today

The Rosemount varsity girls tennis team hosts Apple Valley today at 3:30 p.m. in the final home game of the regular season. The Irish, who are 5-3 in conference play, finish with a road game at Eden Prairie on Friday in a makeup of a postponed contest from earlier this season.
A win would guarantee fourth place in the South Suburban Conference for Rosemount.
Lakeville North is 9-0, Lakeville South is 8-1 and Eagan is 7-2.
Section play begins next week with the team section tournament.
