Engagement: Girdner-Courtney
Nicole Lauren Girdner of Farmington and Matthew James Courtney of Sturgis, Ky., have announced their engagement. Nicole is the daughter of Jeffrey and Rebecca Girdner of Farmington. She attended First Baptist School in Rosemount, Liberty University in Lynchberg, Va., and Clearwater Christian College in Clearwater, Fla. Matthew is the son of Harold and Holly Courtney of Henderson, Ky. He attended high school in Henderson, and Oakland City University in Oakland City, Ind. He is a youth pastor at First Christian Church in Sturgis, Ky. A July 10, 2010 wedding is planned at Bethesda Church in Prior Lake.
