2000 Pontiac Sunfire XRL242, VIN 1G2JB5246Y7395529 will be sold at public auction by Dakota County Sheriff on the 10 day of May, 2009 at 1:00pm at 5641 Blackburn Lane Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, to pay and satisfy a lien which is claimed to be due thereon from Bryonna Garcia as the owner thereof to Ultimate Car Care in the sum of $1,971.11 dollars computed to the last day of said sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and of the advertising thereof, together with the necessary expenses of advertising and making said sale; and that the grounds of said lien are as follows, to-wit: Parts and labor $149.11 and storage of $1,822.00.
