PUBLIC NOTICE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, a review of the City of Rosemount’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) will be conducted during the Utility Commission Meeting on Monday, May 11, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota.

The SWPPP is a document required by the State and Federal government that outlines how the City intends to work towards reducing pollution in rainwater runoff. The purpose of this discussion will be to provide a summary of the City’s existing SWPPP and to receive public input. Attendance of City residents is strongly encouraged.
