The Rosemount VFW is making plans to provide a little outdoor seating.
On Tuesday the VFW will ask the Rosemount City Council for an amendment to its liquor license to allow a 16- by 32-foot patio on the front of its building. The club will add a new door to provide access to the patio, which will be surrounded by a 42-inch tall decorative fence.
