NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KINGDOM SOUND, INC. dba KINGDOM SOUND AND LIGHTING,(hereinafter “KINGDOM SOUND”) is in the process of dissolving. KINGDOM SOUND has filed with the Secretary of State a Notice of Intent to Dissolve on December 5, 2008.

The address of the office to which written claims against KINGDOM SOUND must be mailed to is: Buckley & Jensen, Attn: Mary Jo A. Jensen-Carter, 1257 Gun Club Road, White Bear Lake, Minnesota 55110.

All claims must be received by the later of ninety (90) days after publication of this Notice or ninety (90) days after service of this Notice upon a particular known creditor. Published notice is deemed to be given on the first date of publication of this Notice.
