PUBLIC SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on November 25, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. at Skyline Village, 7510 Concord Boulevard, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota 55076 the following manufactured home, located at 4433 Denton Way, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, will be sold by public auction by the Sheriff of Dakota County:
1979 Rollohome 14’ x 70’, Serial No. 34202
This sale will be held to satisfy a claim upon the above-described property held by Skyline Village and owned by Melanie Stewart. Skyline Village obtained possession of the property at Dakota County, Minnesota on or about August 19, 2008, pursuant to a Writ of Recovery. The amount of the claim against the above-referenced property is $4,711.03 computed to the date of sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and the advertising thereof, together with the actual expenses of making said sale.
