Notice is Hereby Given, that a General Election will be held in all election precincts in Dakota County on Tuesday, the fourth (4th) day of November 2008 during which polls will be open from seven (7) o'clock A.M. to eight (8) o'clock P.M. for the purpose of electing the following officers:
