Bids: Dakota County Administration Center

REQUEST FOR BIDS

Dakota County Facilities Management is requesting Bids for the following Re-Roofing Project:

Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings Minnesota

Bids will be receive up to 2:00 P.M. on September 18, 2008 at the Dakota County Treasurer/Auditor Office, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings MN 55033.

Sealed bids will be opened in the Treasurer/Auditor Office at 2:00 on September 18, 2008. Results will be available on the following Monday.

Mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 9th 2008, 9:00 a.m. at the Administration Center.

Bids must be submitted on the bid form provided. Bidding documents can be obtained by calling Tim Pekron at Roof Spec Inc. 651-639-0644 or by visiting the Dakota County Website.

A 5% bid bond or certified or cashier’s check payable to the Dakota County Treasurer must accompany each bid form. Performance bonds and Labor and Material payment Bonds equal to 100% of the base bid are required if awarded a contract.

Dakota County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
