Rosemount Ordinance B Amendments

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to text amendments to Ordinance B, the Zoning Ordinance amending Section 11-10-11 regarding amendments to the zoning code.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Ordinance B, the Zoning Ordinance amending Section 11-10-11 regarding the voting requirements when the zoning code is being amended.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward all written comments and/or inquiries to the Planning Department of the City of Rosemount or call 651-322-2051.
