PUBLIC HEARING

To Whom It May Concern:

BE IT KNOWN THAT, Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on August 19, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, by the Rosemount City Council at Rosemount City Hall Council Chambers, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount.

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the liquor amendment application of the Shenanigan’s Pub to include an outdoor patio area to their on-sale liquor license located at 14605 South Robert Trail, Rosemount.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward all written comments and/or inquiries to the City Clerk of the City of Rosemount or call 651-322-2003.
