Hearing: Aggregate Resource Preservation Property Tax Law

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on August 5, 2008 in the Dakota County Board Room, Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments on the consideration of termination of application of the Aggregate Resource Preservation Property Tax Law pursuant to M.S.273.1115, subd. 6.

Interested agencies, groups or persons attending the public hearing have the right to provide written or oral comments. Questions should be directed to Dakota County Assessing Services, (651) 438-4200. Prior to the public hearing, written comments may be addressed to Dakota County Assessing Services, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota 55033.
