NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, May 26, 2009, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by Flint Hills Resources, L.P., located east of Rich Valley Boulevard, and approximately one-half mile north of 135th Street, legally described as follows:

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on application submitted by Flint Hills Resources, LP, for a zoning text amendment to amend the current Heavy Industrial District ordinance to include storage of byproducts as an interim use.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
