NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by Tuesday, July 22, 2014, the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by John Friedges located north of County Road 38, and west of Robert Trail, legally described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 1, Wilde Birch Estates, Dakota County, Minnesota
That part of the South half of the Northwest Quarter (S ½ NW ¼), lying east of Dodd Boulevard, Section 17, Township 115, Range 19 West, Dakota County, Minnesota
The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW ¼ NE ¼), except the North 297 feet lying west of the center of Dodd Road, Section 17, Township 115, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the applications submitted by John Friedges for the approval of a Preliminary Plat, Planned Unit Development Master Development Plan with Rezoning the property from AG_: Agriculture and RR_: Rural Residential to RR PUD: Rural Residential Planned Unit Development, and Final Plat to construct a 14 single family development titled Wilde Lakes Estates.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
