NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Default Judgment and Judgment entered in the above entitled matter, whereby it is adjudged, among other things, that there is due to the Petitioner the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE and 26/100 ($102,429.26) Dollars with interest from and after June 2, 2014, and that the land therein described be sold to satisfy the same, with costs and expenses of such sale, a certified transcript of which judgment has been delivered to me by the Court, I, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota, Minnesota will offer and expose for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the 7th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office, Law Enforcement Center, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota, the land described and directed to be sold in said judgment lying and being in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, to wit:
North 35 feet of the South 75 feet of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), and the East 20 feet of the South 40 feet of Lot Six (6), Block Seventeen (17), Town of Hastings, according to the recorded plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder within and for Dakota County, Minnesota; except the North 65 feet of Lots 5 and 6, Block 17, Town of Hastings.

or so much thereof as shall be necessary to satisfy said judgment, the interest thereon, and the costs and expenses of such sale; subject to redemption within six (6) months from the date of confirmation of said sale by the Court herein.
Unless said mortgage is reinstated or the property redeemed, or unless the time for redemption is reduced by judicial order, you must vacate the premises by 11:59 p.m. on February 23, 2015.
