NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below Tuesday, April 22, 2014, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property currently owned by 3CW, LLC, located at 3000 145th Street East, and legally described as follows:
ALL OF SE 1/4 LYING W OF RR SUBJ TO NO NAT GAS CO ESMNT EX RR SPUR TRACK & R/W & EX COM INT W R/W RR & N LINE W 448.95 FT S 300 FT E 419.80 FT TO W R/W N ON R/W 301.5 FT TO BEG EX PT TO COUNTY FOR HWYS, SECTION 25 TWN 115 RANGE 19, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on an application submitted by Vics Crane and Heavy Haul, Inc. for a site plan review to allow construct of a 25,000 square foot shop/office building.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
