TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property currently owned by Park Place Development, Ltd., located at 14500 Cimarron Avenue West, known as the Kidder Park Apartments, Rosemount, and legally described as follows:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, CIMARRON VILLAGE TOWNHOUSES, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a variance request submitted by Boisclair Corporation to allow for a reduced front yard setback to construct separate entrance porches on individual townhouses.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
