Community of Hope Winter Carnival
Community of Hope Church will host a Winter Carnival from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 4 at the church,14401 Biscayne Ave. The event is open to the public. Make a Valentine at the library
Make a Valentine at the Robert Trail Library from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 4. Come anytime during this program to make a valentine for someone special. Supplies provided. For kids ages 2 to 12 years old.
The Robert Trail Library will host a storytime for babies from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Feb. 8. Stories, songs, bounces and playtime make this storytime perfect for children newborn to 24 months and their caregivers.
The Robert Trail Library will host Storytime for All Ages from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Feb. 2. The stories and activities are ideal for mixed age groups such as childcare groups and families.
Watercolor an owl at the Robert Trail Library from 2 to 2:50 p.m. Feb. 9 in the meeting room. Create a portrait of an owl using shapes and watercolors, and hear a fun story about owls. This is a Minnesota Legacy program.
The Rosemount Area Arts Council will present a performance of A.R. Gurney's Love Letters at 2 p.m. Feb. 9 at the Steeple Center.
The play centers on Melissa Gardner and Andrew Makepeacy Ladd III as the couple go through 50 years of notes, letters and cards that they have shared.

Bluegrass Family Night
