Two charged with felony drug offenses
Rosemount Minnesota P.O. Box 192 / 312 Oak St. 55024

Police found drugs, pipes and other drug paraphernalia when they searched a Rosemount home May 15. Two men face felony charges as a result.

The Dakota County Attorney’s office has charged 22-year-old Isaac Seleski and 23-year-old Henry Seleski with fifth-degree drug offenses in connection with the search at a Rosemount home.

According to a complaint filed in the county attorney’s office, police found heroin and needles in a bedroom belonging to Henry Seleski. In Isaac Seleski’s room they found pipes and marijuana.

Henry Seleski admitted the heroin belonged to him, according to the complaint. Isaac Seleski admitted the marijuana belonged to him but said several pipes found in his room were not his. He told police he had used heroin earlier in the day.

If convicted on the felony drug charge each Seleski could face up to five years in jail and fines of up to $10,000.
