Study finds need for road changes

The Rosemount City Council adopted a transportation study Tuesday that calls for the future realignment of County Road 46 and for Biscayne and Akron Avenues to be connected.

The study, done as a cooperative effort through the University of Minnesota, Rosemount, Dakota County, Empire Township and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, reviewed the east-west and north-south corridors through the UMore Park area and identified future needs.
