Rosemount's Knott and DeBaun will sign letters of intent

Rosemount senior girls soccer players Marisa Knott and Kaitlyn DeBaun will sign their national letters of intent to play soccer collegiately next fall at Rosemount High School’s signing day Feb. 5.

Knott received a scholarship to attend Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. She was a four-year starter for the Irish, was chosen as varsity MVP the last two years and earned first-team all-conference honors as a senior.

Knott is the daughter of Jon and Sandra Knott.

DeBaun received a scholarship to attend Christian Brothers University in Memphis. She was a two-year starter for the Irish and won the team’s award for best offensive player and honorable mention all-conference honors as a senior.

DeBaun is the daughter of Joe and Frances DeBaun.
