RHS library seeks funding
The Rosemount High School library is nearing the end of a Funds4Books drive to raise money to support its collection.
The library is conducting the drive online. All money raised will allow the library to buy books, DVDs and electronic media to supplement its collection.
Specifically, the library will increase the number of nonfiction e-books in specific subject areas, expand the young-adult fiction and graphic novel collections, update the average copyright date of fiction, social science and science collections and replace older copies of DVDs.
The goal was to raise $1,800 by the time the drive ended Nov. 25. As of .Tuesday morning the library had collected $2,395.
An anonymous donor has agreed to match donations made through the end of the drive.
