Rosemount residents can get their first look at a long-discussed senior housing facility and community gathering space at a public meeting planned for 7 p.m. July 11 at city hall.

The city and developer Wally Johnson will present plans for the facility, which will be built on the former site of St. Joseph School, as well as talk about its integration into the neighborhood and the use of a planned 5,000-square-foot activity space that will be part of the building.
