Open house will feature the future of transportation
Dakota County, together with the city of Rosemount, Empire Township, the University of Minnesota, and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, will hold an open house to share a potential plan for the future roadway system that will address future transportation needs in the city of Rosemount and Empire Township.
Included in the study are areas known as the UMore Park Development, Vermillion Highlands and County Park. No formal presentation is planned, so residents can stop by anytime on Thursday, Nov. 12 between 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at the Rosemount Community Center, 13885 South Robert Trail, Rosemount.
Staff will collect input from residents that will be used to finalize recommendations of this study.
