That part of Government Lot 5 and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 28, Range 23, Dakota County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at a Judicial Landmark at the Northeast corner of Lot 12, Block 3, TILSEN'S HIGHLAND HEIGHTS PLAT 3 according to the recorded plat thereof, set pursuant to District Court Case No. 49818; thence on an assumed bearing of North 0 degrees 12 minutes 55 seconds East along the West line of Lots 13 and 14 said Block 3, as monumented by said Judicial Landmarks, a distance of 76.51 feet to the Point of Beginning of the land to be described; thence North 88 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 352.59 feet; thence North 1 degree 38 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 206.00 feet to an intersection with the extension West of the South line of Lot 7, Block 1, MAYFIELD HEIGHTS according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South 88 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East along said extension, said South line and its extension East of said Lot 7 a distance of 347.46 feet to the West line of Lot 18 said Block 3; thence South 0 degrees 12 minutes 55 seconds West along the West line of Lots 18, 15 and 14 said Block 3, which line has been monumented and established by Dakota County District Court Case File No. 49818, a distance of 206.06 feet to the Point of Beginning.
