NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by Richard J. Heinen and Jean M. Heinen located at 3110 145th Street West, and legally described as follows:
Tax parcel no. 34 03700 43 010, The east 19 feet of Lot 43 and Lot 42, except the east 55 feet thereof, all in Auditors Subdivision No. 1,
Tax parcel no. 34 03700 42 010, The east 55 feet of Lot 42, all in Auditors Subdivision No. 1
Tax parcel no. 34 03800 06 020, Lot 6, except the west 91 feet thereof, and also except the east 55 feet thereof, all in Auditors Subdivision No. 1
Tax parcel no. 34 03800 06 010, Lot 5, and the east 55 feet of Lot 6, all in Auditors Subdivision No. 1
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the application received from Richard J. Heinen and Jean M. Heinen for a lot combination.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
