NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by Kurt Walter-Hansen located at 14685 South Robert Trail, Rosemount, legally described as follows:
Lots 58, 59 and 60, Auditors Subdivision No. 1, Rosemount, and that part of Highland Street as shown by the plat of Auditors Subdivision No. 1, Rosemount, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 60, aforesaid; thence South 27 ½ feet to street corner; thence West and parallel with the south line of said Lot 60, a distance of 150 feet; thence North 27 ½ feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 60 and thence East along the south line of said Lot 60 to the place of beginning, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a request submitted by Kurt Walter-Hansen to allow placement of the sign for the gas station within the setback requirements.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
