The Rosemount gymnastics team picked up two conference wins for the price of one last Tuesday night.

The Irish hosted Apple Valley and Eastview for a South Suburban Conference double dual and their team score of 130.925 was good enough to defeat both Apple Valley schools, giving them a 2-0 record in the league.

Jenna Schlukebier finished first in the all-around with a score of 33.3. She was first in the vault with a score of 8.5, first in the beam and second in the floor exercise. Irish gymnasts finished first in all four events as Kailey Askew won the uneven bars and the floor exercise while placing second in the all-around with a score of 33.25.

Abby Nelson added a second-place showing in the balance beam and third-place scores in the bars and floor exercise.

Kiera Drymalski added a fourth-place finish in the bars and Rachel Schow was fifth in the floor exercise.
