Girls soccer: Early goal holds up at Hastings

Rosemount learned its lesson after a slow start resulted in a 1-1 tie at Bloomington Jefferson last Thursday.

The Irish scored in the third minute of their non-conference contest Saturday in Hastings and made that goal stand in a 1-0 victory over the Raiders.

"We discussed the slow start... The Irish heard the message loud and clear," Rosemount coach Kevin Adams said.
