Editorial: Honoring RHS alumni who have died serving is the right thing
Over the years the halls of Rosemount HighSchool have been the home to many. Some of its alum have gone onto great careers, some have traveled the world and some have died for their country.
Since the school opened its doors in 1918, 17 of its alumni have made the ultimate sacrifice in the name of freedom. From the trenches of World War I to the jungles of Vietnam to the rugged mountains of Afghanistan soldiers from Rosemount have fought and died bravely.
