Bids shall be upon form provided by the Owner. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked "Dakota County Pavement Rehabilitation 2007", with the name and address of the bidder, and the date and hour of the opening. Bids shall be delivered to:

The complete form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
Copies of the Bidding Documents will be on file and available for inspection at INSPEC, INC., 5801 Duluth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55422; F.W. Dodge Plan Room, Reed Construction Data Plan Room; and the Builders Exchanges of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Rochester, and Mankato.

Pollution Prevention Program
Consistent with the requirements of the General Storm Water Permit for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems, Dakota County has prepared an annual report of activities related to the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program.
Notice is hereby given that Dakota County will hold its annual meeting for the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program in Room 1920 at the Western Service Center, 14955 Galaxie Avenue, Apple Valley, MN. on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at 8:00 a.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, compliance with the permit conditions, the appropriateness of the Best Management Practices, and the progress towards achieving measurable goals. Comments on Dakota County's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program will be taken during this meeting.
