Column: Rootin' tootin' for the class of '65

Last Sunday, I hosted a lunch for my high school classmates at my home. Some offered to bring desserts and side dishes to go with the soup my husband would pick up from a Saint Paul restaurant. We order soup from this place often and know they have two every day of the year and a wide variety of others are rotated. I called a couple months ahead to find out what they had planned for the weekend of my big event. As the manager ticked off the options, Tuscan white bean caught my attention.
