Boys hockey team loses fifth-straight one-goal game
Rosemount's boys hockey team didn't head into its holiday break with much to cheer about. The Irish lost 3-2 at Buffalo on Tuesday night.
It marks the fifth-straight one-goal loss for winless Rosemount.
Brady Loew scored 1:31 into the first period, one of two goals in the period for Loew as the Irish led 2-1 into the first intermission. Buffalo scored twice in the second to end the scoring.
Andrew Comstock had an assist for Rosemount. Hank Fairchild made 29 saves in goal.
The Rosemount boys hockey team is off until Jan. 3 when the Irish play at Lakeville South.
