Baseball: Pipers 10-10 heading into final week

Email

The Rosemount Pipers split four games over a busy weekend to square their record at 10-10 heading into the final week of the regular season.

The Pipers opened Friday night's meeting with Woodbury by completing a game that was called due to weather with the score tied at 2-2 back in late June. Woodbury won the make-up game with a run in the seventh inning, but didn't score the rest of the night as Dan Hegberg tossed a four-hit shutout in a 3-0 Pipers victory in Game 2.
